Till was selected to serve on the Grievance Committee at Greater Bergen Association of REALTORS®. He is also an active member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, National Association of REALTORS® NJAR® and Greater Bergen Association of REALTORS®. Till is a Trainer for CMA classes “How to Price Your Client’s Home.”

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Till created and sold a successful business in NYC proving his entrepreneurial leadership.

A Hotelier by trade, Till served last as Assistant General Manager at the Regency Hotel in NYC, where constant problem solving, follow-through and negotiation skills were required. Having acquired strong marketing and negotiating skills, Till takes personal ownership of his client’s transactions and leads his clients through all phases of the transaction.

Prior to entering real estate, Lisa honed her marketing and communication skills as a successful book publicist in New York City. Lisa has been an active member of the community since moving to Ridgewood from New York City in 1994. She is the President of the Ridgewood A.M. Rotary Club and the Vice President of the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce. Lisa enjoys teaching adult education classes on real-estate related topics at the Ridgewood Community School. She founded the influential “Ridgewood Moms and Dads” Facebook Group with over 6,000 members. She served as co-Founder, President and Vice President of the Parent Association of The Village School. She received her B.A. from Columbia University.
